Privacy Policy

How we handle your information

Effective June 9, 2026. Applies to phishbee.com.

What this site collects

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the waitlist form: your email address, and optionally your organization's name and size, plus the segment you choose (business, credit union or bank, membership organization, MSP, personal or family, or other). We also record the time of your signup and a hashed, non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address that we use to limit abuse of the form. We do not store your IP address itself.

What we use it for

We'll only use this to contact you about Phishbee. No sharing, no spam. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the infrastructure providers listed below. When we open onboarding to your group, we email you. That is the whole purpose.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or social trackers. The waitlist form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from people rather than bots; Turnstile may use technical signals from your browser for that purpose. We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not follow you across sites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy (opens in new tab) for how Cloudflare handles that data.

Where it lives

The site and its database run on Cloudflare infrastructure. Waitlist entries are stored in a database we control and are accessible only to Phishbee.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until we have contacted you about access, until you ask us to remove you, or until the waitlist is retired, whichever comes first.

Your choices

To see what we have about you, or to be removed from the waitlist, email hello@phishbee.com from the address you signed up with. We will confirm when it is done.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. If a change affects how we use what you have already given us, we will email you first.
